Ms. Coleman joined Sheridan in November 2019. Ms. Coleman is responsible for assisting with the analysis and oversight of investments. Ms. Coleman graduated from Western Connecticut State University in 2019 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing.

Mr. Yeretzian is a Managing Director who joined Sheridan in in September 2003. Mr. Yeretzian is responsible for credit analysis, financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, and asset valuation. Mr. Yeretzian is also responsible for the ongoing oversight and servicing of Sheridan’s actively managed debt facilities. Mr. Yeretzian obtained his CFA charter in January 2007. Mr. Yeretzian received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from The American University of Beirut and his MBA from the Eli Broad School of Management at Michigan State University in 2003 with a concentration in finance.
Mr. Vukaj joined Sheridan in November 2017 and is responsible for analysis and oversight of investments. Mr. Vukaj was previously an Equity Research Analyst at Zweig-DiMenna Associates. Mr. Vukaj graduated from Fairfield University in 2014 with a B.S. in Finance.
Mrs. Martin joined Sheridan in November 2013. Mrs. Martin is in charge of the day to day administrative, business operations and accountancy duties within the firm. Mrs. Martin graduated from Iona College in 1996 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Martin is the Chief Financial Officer, and Operations Manager, and joined Sheridan in January 2006. Mr. Martin is responsible for the preparation of the books and records of Sheridan, as well as the asset oversight of the investments. In addition, Mr. Martin uses his experience in auditing and financial analysis to support the origination process, including loan underwriting, credit analysis and due diligence. He received his CPA license in January 1998, and previous to joining Sheridan had 10 years of extensive experience in auditing and tax. He graduated from the Hagan School of Business, Iona College in 1996 with a B.A. in Accounting.
Christopher J. Morrissey
Mr. Marron is the Chief Executive Officer of Sheridan Asset Management, LLC, which Mr. Marron founded in May 2002. Mr. Marron is responsible for asset management and all investment related activities. Prior to founding Sheridan, Mr. Marron was a Director at Wasserstein Perella’s Alternative Asset Management Group. Before Wasserstein, he was a Vice-President at Nomura Securities International where he was responsible for originating, financing and distributing $1 billion of specialty finance and real estate related assets. Previously, Mr. Marron was an assistant football coach at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Mr. Marron obtained a B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University in 1986.
Mr. Morrissey is the Chief Investment Officer of Sheridan Asset Management, LLC, which Mr. Morrissey co-founded in May 2002. Mr. Morrissey is responsible for investment analysis, valuation, risk management and due diligence. Previously, he was President of FC Capital Corp. where he raised $20 million in equity capital and co-founded a home equity loan origination and servicing platform. Prior to FC Capital, Mr. Morrissey was a Director and co-managed the Fixed Income Structured Finance Group at Nomura Securities International, Inc. where he financed and securitized performing and distressed commercial, consumer and residential loans, amongst other asset classes. Mr. Morrissey began his career in financial services in 1983 and progressed to lead the capital markets group for the largest New England based mortgage banking company. Later, while at US West Financial Services, Inc., he managed a $400 million portfolio consisting of higher yielding and distressed consumer, residential, and structured finance investments.
Mr. Morrissey obtained a B.A. from the University of Connecticut in 1977 and his M.B.A in Finance from the College of Business at San Francisco State University in 1982.
